SOLUTION:  As the CNIC premier services provider, IHI is currently providing support for seven distinct QOL initiatives, IHI recognizes its’ services are critical to Warfighter welfare and branch retention rates. QOL program success includes of­ fering services and amenities that are mainstream, agile and socially relevant, driven by strategies that ensure objec­ tives are met. IHI developed a robust website for DoD Lodging that displays inventory across all military Services for both government and leisure travel. Additionally, IHI provides services for our wounded service men and women at Bethesda Medical Center, sustaining their every technical need.

Contract Title: Software Development & Support

SOLUTION: IHI developed a system to manage contract hotel rooms in support of the Navy Gateway Inns and Suites, to sustain an estimated 100,000 plus guest room nights for DoD military and civilian personnel. The system tracks estab­ lished contracts for hotel rooms, guaranteed rates, for Temporary Duty Travelers (TOY) on official DoD business, attend­ ing official meetings or training, off duty or in other official travel status such as permanent change of station (PCS).

SOLUTION: IHI designed and developed a centralized platform for the MCC program which is used by all Services and DoD contract operations. The platform consists of a singular web application for all eligible users to request military child care worldwide. This development automates access to military Child and Youth Programs, and allows for the re­ quired flexibility to meet individual family needs in the enrollment process.
